Lesley Ma

Global CIO, Cadillac at General Motors

Based in Manhattan, Ma is responsible for IT at Global Cadillac and leads brand IT strategy, portfolio management and execution, and innovation and support. She has been able to successfully establish the processes, solutions, and skills needed to support Cadillac’s brand transformation across their global headquarters (in New York) and regional international headquarters (in Zurich).
After eight years with Ford, Ma moved to General Motors in 2006 and served in a number of increasingly demanding capacities until she became CIO for the ASEAN region and global IT director for mobile solutions, operating out of Shanghai and Singapore.

Jenn Tsahalis

Managing Director, Head of Planning, Executions & Operations, TIAA

As Chief Operating Officer for the TIAA Digital organization, Tsahalis has played a vital role in TIAA’s quest to become a true digital company. In a role that spans both business and technology, she is developing and executing strategic operational plans and establishing right-sized processes that have taken TIAA from an analog to a digital company. Starting her career with Accenture placed Tsahalis on a continuous learning trajectory. At Fidelity Investments, she ran the largest and most complex project in the history of the firm, developing a reputation for bringing highly complex systems and highly matrixed teams together to deliver results. At Merrill Lynch, she led the design, development and delivery of the 3-year program to launch MyMerrill.com and Merrill Edge.com. Tsahalis attended the University of Vermont where she majored in Electrical Engineering.

Daniel Holewienko

Managing Director, TBT Management Consulting and Head of Transformation and Architecture Service, Marlabs

Daniel Holewienko is the Managing Director of TBT Management Consulting, a firm focused on providing Technology Strategy and Transformation services to help IT and Business Executives align technology investments.

A 25+ year experienced Technology Executive in the Healthcare, Financial Services, Media, Education, and Retail industries, Holewienko started his career in software development and later focused on overall Technology Strategy, Transformation, and Management at mid to large-size regional and global organizations.  Along the way, he has held Managing Director, Director, VP, CTO, and CIO titles at firms such as Seiko, CIT Group, WNET-Channel Thirteen, Lord, Abbett, Kaplan, and Northwell (North Shore LIJ) Health System.

Holewienko is an active member of the New York Chapter CTO Club and author of numerous industry articles.  He has been a guest speaker, panelist, and moderator at dozens of user groups and conferences throughout his career.  He holds a BA from CUNY and several management and tech-related accreditations/certifications.
